The following guarantee is designed to protect our customers from receiving a software product that will not work on their system.  This is considered a defective guarantee and not intended as a guarantee that you like the Photo Suite software program.  We offer a 7 day free trial version to enable our customers to try it to see if they like it before purchasing.

Guarantee Details

We, Photo Suite.com, guarantee that our Photo Suite program will install and function properly on your computer.  If you download and register your Photo Suite software program and it does not function properly, you will have up to 30 days from the day you purchase your upgrade, to notify us via e-mail of your problem with your program.  We will then attempt to help you in any way possible to remedy the problem to get it working properly.  If we are unable to solve the problem, we will refund your $39.99 that you paid for your program.

This is a "DEFECTIVE GUARANTEE ONLY".  We only guarantee against the software being unable to run on your system even after attempts to remedy the problem.  

This guarantee is void if the problem is a result of the following:

  • Your system crashed

  • Improper installation

  • Improper download

  • Any type of altering the software, the code or files

  • Misuse or mishandling of the software or files

  • Not allowing us the opportunity to correct the problem

  • Anything other than the normal installation and use of the software

If you are experiencing any kind of problems with the free trial version, please do not upgrade your Photo Suite until the problem is fixed. 

If you are experiencing a problem with the software working properly, before contacting us to try to correct it, you must attempt a reinstall of the software by doing an uninstall and then attempting to reinstall.  If necessary, you may have to redownload the software to ensure there was not a problem during the download process.

Refund Procedures

To receive a full refund for your upgrade purchase, you must have tried everything above.  If you still are unable to properly use the Photo Suit program you are entitled to a full refund.  We must have a record on our end that you allowed us to attempt to help get it working.  Once we have done all we can, we will give you a unique to you refund code to authorize your refund.  Click here to request your Refund Authorization Code.

  • Your name

  • The name of your PayPal account

  • Your purchase date

  • e-mail address used to make your PayPal payment

  • Your Refund Authorization Code

Your refund request must be made to the following email:  refunds@photosuite.com 

Once your refund request is received and approved, you will receive your refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours.
